Changing the Application Font size in System/Font has no effect on the font used, for instance, in Firefox's menus. The difference is obvious when changing the font size to 20 and comparing Firefox with gedit.

This is on Ubuntu Breezy (and current Dapper)

WFM on Breezy. Could you see if this problem still exists in 1.5?
