Currently, when the command "/usermode +i" is dispatched, the existing usermode preference is set to "+i", nothing is sent to the server, and nothing is displayed in the output window.

I think it should parse and modify the usermode pref, removing -i and adding +i if necessary, and (if connected) dispatch "/mode (nick) +i".

Also, msg.user.mode (User mode for %S is now %S) should be changed so it doesn't sound like the mode given is the entire mode string.
