Details

1. Open Preferences Window by going to Edit Menu and choosing Preferences
2. Click on OK or CANCEL to close the Preferences Window.

Mozilla will loose focus, and another Application window will be sent to the
foreground. The page shown while I was writing this text did not show this
behaviour, but opening another Mozilla WIndow and trying the above two steps
reproduced the bug I'm reporting.
