Still works correctly in IE. I've added editors extensions and Java updates etc... See related article: http://www.tonawandanews.com/rw/rw.cfm?oid=321304 Published in national e-paper. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. The area of the page where the editing windows should be is blank and I get no errors or requests for add ins etc... 2. Opening the page source reveals calls to mail program, but the problem persisted after installing Thunderbird. 3. After the line below should be an editing box with font and other editing buttons and an editing window. Article Summary (Provide a one paragraph summary here) Actual Results: All I hvae to do is go to this page. Problem is always there even after updates, adding extensions or plugins. Works great everywhere else as is stated in the article link above. Expected Results: Got the same results, no change Opened editing windows on the page.

This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
