When I log in to my American Express ONLINE SERVICES page(AMEX Home page is OK) there are several choices available for the user to option. BEFORE the user has a chance to choose his preferred option(eg Account Transaction History), the page is partially covered with AMEX blue(left side) and Orange(right side) stretching from top to bottom of the page. Therefore the user is no longer able to select his option. 
This problem DOES NOT occur in Firefox 1.0.7!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to AMEX web site
2.Complete LOGIN-Will need to have an AMEX account
3.
Actual Results:  
As soon as the ONLINE Services page comes up, the blue and orange sections cover up most of the "options"


Expected Results:  
You should see three "options drop down boxes as well as several links to other services.
