File>page setup does not give the option to change header/footer. The only options are Page Attributes and Save As Default. Found when I recently noticed that the URL info is gone from my printed pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to file>page setup
2.click on the popup menu that probably says Page Attributes
3.see whether option Header/Footer is present
Actual Results:  
don't see a Header/Footer option

Expected Results:  
see a Header/Footer option

I reproduced this with today's downloads of mozilla-mac-1.7.12 and firefox-1.6a1.en-US.mac and a new user (mac os 10.4.3) to get around the creation of a new profile (dont understand instructions for mac).

This is similar to the apparently resolved problem of bug 276221, which relates to firefox 1.0? (why do I still find it when including 1.5 in my search for All words?), but headers/footers always worked for me until recently, so I must have lost them within the last few firefox updates.

You can change header/footer in File --> Print (Select Firefox/Seamonkey/Camino) in the drop-down).
