As an option selectable in prefs, thunderbird scans outgoing mail for keywords like "attachment", "attached", "file". If they exist but the mail has no attachment to it, thunderbird asks in a messagebox "Did you want to attach any files?". Helps all the people who regularly forget to attach their stuff.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write email, tell receiver about an attached file
2.forget to attach the file
3.mail client could find out after "send" pressed, but doesn't warn you...

Expected Results:
message box: "Did you want to attach any files?" (en) or "Wollten Sie eventuell Dateien anfügen?" (de)
Instead of fighting the symptom, I'd rather see the workflow fixed, which is obviously flawed if users really forget to attach their items so often.
