Potentially this bug might be related: Bugzilla Bug 305166
I thought it was a site specific error where if data was regected and user sent back to form the form will not submit at all.
Then I noticed this happening on my own blog and knew it was the browser.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. fill in form
2. submit
3. back
Actual Results:
form will not submit
Expected Results:
form should submit
I am not aware of any common form eliments other than "radio".

Does this really happen on all pages? Can you provide a testcase or a link to a page that can be used to reproduce? Have you tried using Safe Mode?

This has been bothering me for a while, but I don't know how to reproduce it for someone else. It will happen on any form. It is dependant on the "browser session"(?). That is to say, if it is happening for whatever reason it will not go away until the browser is closed. So I think there might be a problem in the initialization. The form will submit after refreshing the page, but that is only a temporary fix. You can press back again, and have to refresh in order to submit again. When it happens the first thing I do is try to click the submit button, because I usually submit with enter, and it will not "press in".
This is very elusive, and many people are skeptical, but I assure you that it is very real and annoying (although rare for me). It is not the HTML that is at fault and it is impossible to put together a test case. It has something to do with the form renderer.
Thank you for clearly stating the problem, Matt.
