32024 - Reply incorrectly populates the To: when a newsgroup is one of the recipients

Using build 2000-03-15-  06win32, -12linux -05mac nb1b  When in MAIL, if you 
open a message that has multiple recipents and one of them is a newsgroup, 
clicking "Reply"  will show the newsgroup name in the To: field 

1. Launch Mail
2. Send a message to your mailing address, one other mailing address and to a 
newsgroup.  
3. Get that message and click Reply

Result:  The To: field has the newsgroup name 
Expected: the To; field to have your email address name (you were the sender)

Esther, if you to a reply all to a message with several recipients. Does the sender is addressed as TO and resipients 
as CC?

Mass moving to M16 to get these off the M15 radar.  Please let me know if this
is really an M15 stopper.

I agree we should fix this, but it probably doesn't have to happen for M16.

This has been already fixed a while ago.

Using build 2000-05-23 on linux and 2000-05-22 on mac and linux this is fixed. 
Verified.
