Sometimes when writing or changing an email the cursor is 3 or 4 spaces to the right of the space being changed.  So in the previous sentence when the period is to be deleted, the n or g in "changed" gets deleted instead.  That continues throughout the document.  If you add an x where the period is now it would appear after the n or g in "changed".

Reproducible: Sometimes

Actual Results:  
Can't reproduce the problem.  It occurs seemingly by chance, maybe once or twice  week.

This bug is yet unsolved.  Curser is 3-4 places to th Left for me on my mac.  This is an annoying problem too.

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)

This problem hasn't reoccurred for a long time, perhaps because of a later version of Thunderbird or later version of OSX
