show_bug.cgi now has an "Add me to CC list" option; it would be nice to have that on "Edit Attachment" as well. Reason: That page currently doesn't have a way to add yourself to CC, so when you have some questions about a certain flag request and want to see replies, this either needs to be two-step or you have to go to show_bug.cgi first.
This looks like Bug 138546 though that's for Add attachment and this is for Edit.
