I don't know what you guys/gals were thinking, but the new options interface in 1.5 has suck written all over it.  The 1.4 interface with the left sided colum was a much better design.  If you disagree I have a number of books on GUI design you can reference!

Besides butchering a good UI, you also removed the "clear all" button for the privacy options.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Tools
2. Click Options
3. Look at the Suck

Actual Results:  
Headache because of someones inane logic.

Expected Results:  
The normal 1.4 options menu, or something a bit more polished.

The Options dialog is to be revised for 2.0
I don't know if there is a bug for it yet

Thanks for the info... I've seen other bugs where people have complained about the missing "Clear All" privacy button.  I wanted log this as a bug since the it's a big step backwards as far as the user interface is concerned.

This button has moved.

Tools -> Clear Private Data

Thanks for pointing that out.  I don't think a shortcut really replaces the option where it should belong.

Kudos on the creation of the "Clear Private Data when Closing Firefox" option though.

Upon TOOLS>>>OPTIONS....

only the "OK" "CANCEL" "HELP" buttons show... no GUI at all...

Also my scroll bars are missing.....

Please do. Right now this bug is absolutely useless and will get marked invalid eventually. (The Clear All part is bug 319531 - removing it from the summary.)

If you really think stacking good menu design I would be obliged to disagree.  You have buttons centered along the top, then stack tabs below it...  A classic tree design would have been much better.
