320455 - RSS module incorrectly sends feed name to message filters

Letters with diacritical marks aren't send in right form to message filters when I choose "Create Filer From Message" option. This happens when I want to create a filter from messege from RSS feed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Crete RSS account, if you don't have one
2. Add http://di.com.pl/rss/di.rss to your feeds
3. Select one of the downloaded messages from newly added feed
4. From Message Menu choose "Create Filer From Message"

Actual result:
Letters with diacritical marks aren't displayed correctly

Expected result:
They should look the same as in the messages pane and headers bar

Looks related to the way we store the name. The name is ending up where the email address would usually reside:

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)

The problem exists in 2.0.0.x, too.
