Experiencing an intermitent problem in which the colored bar that highlights the selected item in Windows menu items will rapidly flash (many times per second) if the mouse is moved, and will fail to show any selected item if the mouse is not moved.  This affects only some menu items.  For example, on the View menu, it affects Text Size, Page Style and Character encoding, but not other menu items.  On the bookmarks menu, it affects everything below the sepparator beneath Manage bookmarks.  It does not appear to affect other menus.  The problem occurs only when certain tabs are selected, and does not appear to be site specific.  For example, my fourth and fifth tabs in my current window are experiencing the problem, but my previous three tabs are not.  As a test, I opened a new window and created five tabs, but could not duplicate the problem in that window.  The problem appears to occur intermitently.  The problem appears to primarily affect menu items with submenus, but does affect some non-folder items in my bookmarks.  Submenus can only be selected by clicking on the parent of the submenu.  The problem may or may not repeat on the submenu.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open tabs to various websites (the websites affected do not appear to be predictable)
2.  Go to the bookmarks menu or other menus and attempt to select submenus
3.  If the problem occurs, you will see the highlight for the selected menu item flashing as you move the mouse, and disappear if the mouse is not moved.

Actual Results:  
If the problem occurs, you will see the highlight for the selected menu item flashing as you move the mouse, and disappear if the mouse is not moved.

Expected Results:  
Menu should highlight the selected item and open submenus on hover as normally occurs.

Linky 2.7.1
IE View 1.2.7
Adblock Plus 0.5.10  (Problem is reproducible with Adblock disabled).
