the cancel button (called "stop loading this page") do not cancel _instantly_. i see homepage A and click a link to see homepage B. homepage B is not coming (because it is not fast) and i decide to cancel the try of loading B. at this point i _still_ see homepage A. that is ok. and now i click cancel...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load homepage A
2. click a link to reach homepage B
3. click cancel ("stop loading this
page")
Actual Results:
when i click cancel it happens that homepage A disappears and i see nothing. neither A or B. i do not like that.
Expected Results:
the cancel button should instantly cancel the loading action.
it is a usability question. cancel should do cancel instantly.

This issue happens on Firefox 2 / Windows 2000 as well.
"Stop loading this page" should halt going to the new page and return me to where I was, not display a blank page.
