Happens for me as well under Linux Mageia 1.0, starting with Seamonkey 2.8. Same bug is in 2.9, 2.91. and 2.10 beta. Simple test: Try printing the bugzilla page: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/token.cgi and see the graphics missing on the print preview and on "printed" .pdf files. Same happens with: http://www.daleysfruit.com.au/ Some other pages print black blobs instead of pictures. Use Seamonkey 2.6.1 until bug is fixed.
Mystery solved. I used colour-depth 16 when trying to print the offending mail/website. This results in the above problems. With colour-depth 24 the print is OK. This shows up in the following test-results (printing to .pdf files): -rw-rw-r-- 1 waldis waldis 63723 May 18 20:49 2.10.pdf <-- Black blobs instead of pics (cd16) -rw-rw-r-- 1 waldis waldis 4945826 May 17 21:35 2.6.1.pdf <-- OK colour depth 16 -rw-rw-r-- 1 waldis waldis 8579896 May 18 21:46 2.9124.pdf <-- OK colour depth 24 -rw-rw-r-- 1 waldis waldis 63363 May 17 21:31 2.91.pdf <-- Black blobs instead of pics (cd 16) Still version 2.6.1 produces a correct print with 16 bit colour-depth, whereas the newer ones can't do it. Definitely needs fixing,
