When selecting Tools / Options, only a transparent dialog box appears over the browser.  There is no dialog box outline, no content available to select inside the dialog box, nor any background color.  The only buttons that appear transposed over the browser are "General", "Privacy", Content", Tabbed Browsing", "Downloads", "Advanced".  At the bottom of the transparent dialog box, only "OK", "Cancel", and "Help" buttons appear.  This is happening with the Noia 2.O Theme.  Extensions in use are: DOM Inspector 1.8, Talkback 1.5, Forecastfox 0.8.2.5, Image Zoom 0.2.1, Ad Block 0.5.2.039, PDF Download 0.5.1.2, Last Tab 1.5.1, Tabbrowser Preferences 1.2.8.8, DictionarySearch 1.5, Googlesearch 0.39.

This problem is caused by an incompatible theme or extension - most likely Noia. Please reinstall it (https://addons.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?id=72&application=firefox) and update your other extensions as well.
