User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5

I have just instllaed Firefox 1.5. I now find that I have no scrollbars, vertical or horizontal. It doesn't matter whether I use the default theme or whether I use a third-party theme. I see that it looks like this was addressed in 2003, but the problem has returned.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Go to webpage that requires vertical or horizontal scrolling
3.

Actual Results:
The web page loads, but I have no scrollbars. If I click in the windows and use the down-arrow key I can read the page, but there is no workaround for horizontal scrolling.

Expected Results:
The software should have drawn a window with vertical and/or horizontal scrollbars as necessary.

I have tried this with Aquatint 1.6.4, Noia 2.0, ifox, and the default themes. 100% failure to draw scrollbars. This makes the browswer virtually unusuable!
