at one time the electricity runs off when I downloading something, since then Mozilla doesnt function normally, it will show "illegal operation" whenever I download something from the net. I dont know how to fix this, I try to reinstall Mozilla but it doesnt help. I think I might need to delete some broken files that doesnt erased on uninstalling, but which ones ? please reply to andoko@professionals.co.id
