The loop happens when selecting the php.db newsgroup. It tells me that there are three unread items before I select it to open and load the headers.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the newsgroup php.db
Actual Results:
SeaMonkey goes into a prcessor loop
Expected Results:
Open and load all of the new newsgroup headers.

I resolved the problem by unsubscribing and then re-subscribing to the same newsgroup php.db that was the problem.

There was no patch so it is not fixed. It is WFM.
