when try to retry download large picture from yahoo mail, downoad manager use destination folder name as file name

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download picture from yahoo mail
2. try to cancel download and then try to retry that file
3. downoad manager use destination folder name as file name

Actual Results:  
use ie to finish the job

Expected Results:  
work like previews firefox
