320859 - Mozilla crashes for no apparent reason and profile is lost

Upon a reboot mozilla will crash out, once able to get back in all favorites are gone and all settings are gone, pretty much take back to default settings.  

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Reboot
2.Click on Mozilla, Mozilla crashes
3.Reboot again, open Mozilla, favorites and settings are gone.

Actual Results:  
Not sure how to reproduce

Expected Results:  
I expected Mozilla to open up and everything be the same as it was before the reboot.

Did you submit a talkback report? If so, could you provide the talkback ID by running extensions/[e-mail]/components/talkback.exe in your Firefox installation folder?

No i did not submit a talkback #, how would i get that?
