User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 I keep getting e-mails from Mozilla Store about an order I filed, saying I need to reply to it to accept the extra shipping charges. So I tried to log in to Mozilla Store to cancel the order. Since I forgot my password, I typed the e-mail address (copied VERBATIM from the "To:" field in that e-mail) into the box at https://intlstore.mozilla.org/password_forgotten.php. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Actual Results: Error message says "Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again." Expected Results: There needs to be a way to cancel the order and/or stop those annoying e-mails from being sent repeatedly.
I didn't realize you placed your order at the US store. I would suggest canceling that order and placing the order with the international store. Now that the international store is up and running there will be no need for the domestic store to fill any of those orders or send out any of those emails.
> I didn't realize you placed your order at the US store. Me neither. I didn't even realise there were separate stores with separate user DBs. That, too, is a major usability bug and needs to be fixed. > I would suggest canceling that order I've been trying to do that all the time. Now that I realise I need to go to the US Store in order to log in, I managed to log in -- however, there is no "Cancel this order" link or button anywhere on the Order Detail page! Yet another major bug needing to be fixed.
Cleaning this one up as won't fix. We have two separate vendors and the customer database cannot be merged.
