I suspect other bugs will be filed about this, but www.theonion.com is not
layout out correctly - frames seem to be in the wrong place. It's hard to
describe, but if you load it, you'll see right away.

I think document.write is responsible for this.  There are two other reports of
document.write swallowing large parts of the document body, with similar results
of tables being arranged incorrectly.  If Bugzilla were wroking right now, I'd
be able to give you the bug numbers.  Happens on redhat.com as well.
