I'm sorta auditing impls of CreateChromeWindow, and yours leaks (which is probably better than crashing).

I'm also not certain that the general refcounting is correct for this object. for bonus points, report OOM using NS_ERROR_OUT_OF_MEMORY instead of NS_ERROR_FAILURE

Marking a bunch of bugs in the "Embedding: APIs" component INCOMPLETE in preparation to archive that component. If I have done this incorrectly, please reopen the bugs and move them to a more correct component as we don't have "embedding" APIs any more.
