32109 - Create Shortcut in CCK Program Folder to CCK\Configs\

Per the CCK Bug-O-Rama review, we should create a shortcut in the Start 
Menu->Programs->Netscape Client Customization Kit 6.0->Configurations

Marking Fixed.
There is a shortcut now in the Program folders for the Configs and it also pops 
up in the shortcut folder that gets thrown up after the installation.

reopening....

The shortcut exists.  However, it does not open the Configs\ folder. A Windows 
"Open With" dialog appears after selecting the shortcut.

The above reopening comments are specific to WinNT4.0

The shortcut appears on Win98... but only works after selecting it once then 
cancelling out of the Find Files dialog that appears.

Oops I selected the Verified Fixed button earlier instead of the Reopen button

re-opening...

The configs shortcut gets created in WinNT4.0 except it doesn't get displayed as 
a folder, and will not open after it is selected.

However, the configs shortcut gets created in Win2000 is displayed correctly as 
a folder, and will open the configs folder.

Per 04-25-00 meeting with Sean Su, Varada, Bijal, and myself:

The creation of Program Folder shortcuts has been changed from config.ini to the 
install.js file living in an .xpi file.  

This needs to be fixed for CCK Beta2
