I download the latest version of mozilla for windows,the version of 20-12-2005.
i click  the the mozilla-win32-installer.exe and the installation start correct.
But when it starts installing the Quality Feedback Agent and it was copying the 
file:Register Locale:jar:resource:/chrome/inspector.jar!/locale/en-Us/inspector/,
appears an error message :
 Error occured during installation - Quality FeedbacK Agent:-214_DOES_NOT_EXIST

I check "ok" and the installation stops.
although i can open the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click  the the mozilla-win32-installer.exe
2.click next and
3.accept the license

SeaMonkey 1.0 Beta does not include Talkback (the Quality Feedback Agent), as the machines needed to process it are not available. Did you do a Custom Install and select the Quality Feedback Agent? If so, that error is normal because the installer does not contain Talkback now. If it comes to 1.0 release time and the needed equipment is not ready, the option to install the Quality Feedback Agent will be removed from the installer.

i did a coplete install and everytime the installation stops 
but if i do custom install and uncheck the Quality FeedbacK Agent the installation 
doesn't have problem
