She is unable to input credit card information. She gets an error message 'incorrect value for credit card type'. I contacted a supervisor who told me that their system was recently updated and is no longer compatible with Mozilla Firefox. She also told me that in order to work for this company, you had to use Internet Explorer.I told her that wasn't right to force you use a companies software, that you didn't want to use.She told me that you had to in order to work
I don't know if you can do anything aboput this because this is an internal issue with the companywith a secure sign on website.I believe my spouse could possibly experience repercussions if this is investigated. I really don't want her use Internet Explorer I prefer Mozilla Firefox.
This isn't a security issue per se, but I guess your fear of the company has lead you to use that feature to hide the bug from them. dveditz, can you scrub the reporter and comment fields to be nobody?
