If browser.cache.memory.enable=false some sites don't load complete.
The FF (or Mozilla) indicate loading. After short time indicator of load stop. Content stay previous in window, and the Location Bar show new URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set browser.cache.memory.enable to false.
2. Go to zooclub.biz (www.compulenta.ru, etc...)

Actual Results:
The FF (or Mozilla) indicate loading. After short time indicator of load stop. Content stay previous in window, and the Location Bar show new URL.
An Ethereal/tcpdump logged: loading was not complete - the FF dosn't fetch all frame with content.

Expected Results:
:-) The FF must show real site page instead previous page.

It is like memory/cache collision.
