After the mozilla.com re-org, the links to Thunderbird RC builds were removed (appropriately, IMO) from the mozilla.com/thunderbird page. I'd suggest that we add these links mozilla.org/projects/thunderbird page, modelling it after mozilla.org/projects/firefox
