Per CCK Bug-O-Rama review,

The Blue Installer screen will not be supported in Netscape 6.

Results:

The ability to add custom text to the blue screen in the CCK Tool will not work 
in the near future. This will require a reworking of the "Customizing the 
Installer" screen and it's functionality.
I am adding this to 7579 because of external dependancy.
