User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 After opening an external email message in the .eml format, copying the message to a local mail folder using the Message -> Copy menu function does not work. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the main mail window, choose File -> Open File... 2. Choose a .eml file (this may be any message adhering to the format, such as e.g. an exported Mozilla mail message obtained by using File -> Save As -> File) 3. In the window that pops up for this message, choose Message -> Copy 4. Choose any of the appearing options (e.g. Local Folders -> Inbox) Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: The message should be copied to the location indicated (e.g. Local Folders -> Inbox). This problem pops up in the latest version of the Mozilla mail client, as in all versions of Thunderbird (1.0.7, 1.5rc2, latest build).
Yes it does still not work with SeaMonkey 1.5a 2005122111 on WinXP. See bug 204350 comment 44. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 241213 ***
