I recently upgraded to Firefor 1.5.  When I go to my company's timesheet web site (the most important web site in the universe!), I can no longer enter my charges.  It used to work fine with the old version of firefox (1.05?), and it still works from IE.

The site is secure so you can't get to it, but I saved a sample page -- it can be used to demonstrate the problem (it works with IE but not Firefox 1.5)

I will be glad to send you this page if you tell me where to send it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the web page after I send it to you (unzip it first)
2.Go to a cell, e.g., Friday 12/23 on the top entry
3.Try to type in a number

Actual Results:  
The number does not appear

Expected Results:  
Should allow the number to be entered

If somehow this gives you access to my actual timesheet, please don't charge more than 40 hours! :)

This works for me:

Reporter, could you perhaps try this in safe mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode_(Firefox) and see if it's still not working for you?

This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
