User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5

When using an IP number for a pop3 server and SMTP server, I get an invalid password or user.

Reproducible: Always
Can you confirm that the IP address you are using resolves back to the hostname?
Summary: Will not get mail from server IP instead of URL → Password not accepted when using IP address for server
Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
