When I write a mail un french containing the word "permanent' and spell check it, It get the three proposals : "permanenta", "permanente" and "permanenté". "permanent" is a correct french word and I don't know "permanenta". I think it result from a typo in "permanent"
Reproducible: Always

1. open mail composer
2. put the word "permanent" in the body of a new message
3. spell check it using the french dictionnary
