However, I might not like to import all my mailboxes/folders and maybe to somewhere else then the Local folders\Eudora folder. Therefore I'd like to propose two extra dialogs 1) mailbox selection 2) destination Reproducible: Always
Related to bug 282778 or Core bug 191497?
To me, they seem like duplicates. Outlook or Eudora, the import behaviour is the same : import everything by default. The latter of the two already dates from three years ago ... .

I'll vote for more configuration but also for authorization to import in the first place. I tried Thunderbird late last year but gave it up and returned to Eudora 6 on Mac. When I first launched Penelope it went nuts importing all of my short term Thunderbird settings and email. I didn't want them imported though - I wanted my Eudora 6 settings imported. How about asking what to import before starting the process? FWIW, The Eudora 6 import went well when I initiated it.
Severity: normal → S3

iirc Eudora import has been removed
