User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051219 SeaMonkey/1.0b Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051219 SeaMonkey/1.0b i have already installed the latest flash player on my system. and it works fine with FF1.5Beta but SeaMonkey asks me to download it again...!! Reproducible: Always
Well, every program has its own plugins folder normally. But i think with Flash 8 programs can share plugins, can you look up in the About tab in that Flash animation under http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/ what version you have?
the version is Shockwave 10.1.0.11 should i download again?
(In reply to comment #2) > the version is Shockwave 10.1.0.11 > > should i download again? > maybe you just have to register it. Type about:plugins into Seamonkey's Location Bar or open About Plug-ins from the Help menu. Do you see flash-related entries over there? Is Firefox your default browser? What's the path to the plug-in? In Firefox about:config set plugin.expose_full_path boolean true, then you see full paths in about:plugins. In Seamonkey about:config set filter line to 'plug' (without the quotes) are there flash related entries, minimal version etc.? Whats the value of plugin.scan.plid.all?
Shockwave? I thought we were talking about Flash?
AFAIK the Flash 8 installer detects a installed SeaMonkey, so the files are copied to SM's plugin folder. But I guess the Shockwave 10 installer not.
