The vendor is most likely lying. Most of the extensions are posted by the vendors, and they have an account they can log into to update such things.
The extension is registered to firstname.lastname@example.org Whoever owns that email address has access to update the listing.
You know that, and I was sure that's the case. I know they're not the only "Johny-come-lately" extension author that hasn't bothered to post properly. How do we get them (all) to post correctly? Do we need to *require* that submitters list OS's?
OS is specified upon submission and can be changed at any time. I changed the latest one to Windows. But if they don't do it the next time, maybe we'll just delist them.
