it is a FTP transfer server negotiation that fails to do contienue simultanious dl.but it does initiate them.


 it **** me off i blieve 1.0.7 had a better download manager.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.tried same website 
2.different file
3.multiple dl

Actual Results:  
doesn't finish and fails the first dl

Expected Results:  
both dl at the same time and decreaseing bandwidth should follow

i could dl many on 1.0.7 many you should try to switch back the download code or compare the two. do your best man
