i can't load http://www.mozilla.gr.jp:4321/
it appears an error message:
"The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.mozilla.gr.jp:4321"
2.
I loaded http://www.yahoo.co.jp/index.html . i selected  View | Character Coding | More | East Asian | Japanese (EUC-JP).
 it didn't display correctly. 
i had the same problem when i loaded the page  http://www.joins.com/ . Select View | Character Coding | More | East Asian | Korean (EUC-KR).
the page didn't display correctly.

why don't you try http://www.mozilla.gr.jp
What's the reason for using the one you're using?

This is a separate issue. Only file on report per issue please. This bug will from now on focus on your point 1. Please file the separate report for your point 2. 

Also, in that report, explain WHAT is not displayed correctly. Describe how it looks, and how it SHOULD look. When i go to that site it looks normal to me, as far as i can expect from a Japanese page.
