Type in a textbox, ending with a blank line (ie. ending with two <enter>s). Click anywhere below that line. The cursor moves up one line. Typing will return the cursor to the right place. Reminds me of Bug 319664

this regressed between trunk builds 2005-12-19-07 and 2005-12-20-04, so bug 319664 is to blame.
