I've visited www.news.com a few times with Mozilla and pages which should have
vertical scroll bars do not have them.  The site renders ok with NS 4.72.  Could
just be their html coding, perhaps, but they must be doing something Mozilla
doesn't like or doesn't grok.

System:
PIII 500, 128 MB RAM, Win98 SE, T1 line at work, no proxy
Obsolete build, bug has been fixed.
