322695 - Make xulrunner run with the name of the stub executable

Currently if you run the xulrunner stub it appears to start up xulrunner.exe and then the stub exits. I think it would be better if instead xulrunner just ran within the stub's process.

Ok Im not sure if its possible or how you'd do it, but currently when I look at my task manager I see xulrunner.exe, what I'd like to see is chatzilla.exe which is what I ran.

As I understand it thunderbird and firefox are going to be xulrunner apps eventually. Im aginee if they just used the stub as it is now, I would see multiple xulrunner.exe entries with no way to determine which was for which application.

Well, not precisely: but I don't really care about this "bug" at all (IMO having multiple xulrunner.exe in the task manager is quite all right). But if we need to have the separate binary launcher to fix the UI issues or firewall issues, then we will.
