When I write an message it will be automatically signed with own-made greeting with standard Times Roman characters, but it appears as something like

—²„†Î†Ð„‹ÉÁÅydžÎÇîªèëÑ„ŽÍ…†„„™ÂË©Ã…t±±Å†ÐÅÁt¼·wȶs³³r»îª®”ï±Át½Îx¹±r½±{½Ï

What is happening here?

Reproducible: Always

Is this still a problem? If so:

By "greeting" do you mean "signature"? What program did you use to create the sig file? You say "standard Times Roman" but that's a font, not a character set; did you create the sig in Word or similar? If so, that won't work! You need to create a sig as plain text or HTML.
