Details

If one rapidly clicks on the tree open arrow in sidebar, the entire list of
bookmarks appears in browser. This may be a bug or a feature. But still kinda odd :)

verified, on the trunk builds, it will not be fixed in beta branch

Bug 28297 is unrelated to this bug, as it's a dup of the infamous bug 29370
regarding loading of external CSS and JS files with memory cache on.  I'm
guessing it's just a typo that caused this bug to be marked a duplicate of that
one, but I can't find the correct duplicate, so I'm leaving this bug verified
duplicate so this error can be corrected or ignored as appropriate by someone
who knows what the real duped bug is.
