Going to a secure website inititally produces a warning. Moving from that website to another domain does not pop up a new warning. A hacked site could redirect the user without their knowledge.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in to a secure website. You get a warning.
2. Go to any number of other secure websites.
3. There are no new warnings.

Actual Results:
No warning pop ups display after Firefox enters secure mode.

Expected Results:
When leaving a domain, a warning should appear, whether your going to an unsecure website or a new secure one.
Firefox shows the warnings only the very first time, with a checkbox if you want to keep getting the warnings.
