Summary: https://landfill.bugzilla.org should be turned on (for QA testing) → Enable SSL on landfill.bugzilla.org (for QA testing)
Okay, mod_ssl is enabled and I made a self-signed certificate (thanks to my own instructions from insiderfaq.com... hahaha, sometimes my own advice is good!). Now I'm waiting for a moz.org admin to open up the HTTPS port so that it can actually be accessed.

Okay, moving to moz.org queue, so that moz.org can open the port.

Need TCP 443 to landfill.bugzilla.org, which is:

10.251.0.50 internal
207.126.111.240 external
