Everytime I go into my hotmail account I get a box on the screen that says "you have chosen to open a file from : http://rad.msn.com , the file being ASDAdClient31.dll
I have removed all the items with an attachment but this doesnt seem to help. I understand that this is an adware/spyware but I have scanned my machine several times bbut cannot find it. How can I get rid of it when I sign into my hotmail account? 

I SENT THIS EMAIL TO HOTMAIL AND THEY HAVE SENT A REPLY. I OPENED MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT IN EXPLORER AND I DO NOT RECEIVE THIS PROMPT. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP AS IT LOOKS LIKE A PROBLEM WITH FIREFOX? It only occurs when I try and access the hotmail account via firefox, i do not see this prompt at any other time.I cancel the box but it takes several times to click on cancel before it takes the box off, which then continues to return.

I think this is a firefox problem as firefox at least asks if you want the file where ie would just install it :) Adblock it!
