I thought I created this bug earlier but I can't find it now.

From the Mail Compose Window, users shouldn't be able to add stylesheets.

Brade, I don't see how I can add a style sheet to the compose window! Does this
problem still exist?
putterman: adding a stylesheet to the Compose window would likely make what you 
see different from what the recipients get.

ducarroz: stylesheets can no longer be added to a mail, AFAICT.
