when looking at Thunderbird options, (thunderbird -h) I can see :

-height <value>         Set height of startup window to <value>.
-width <value>          Set width of startup window to <value>.

but when starting, thunderbird returns :

Warning: unrecognized command line flag -height
Warning: unrecognized command line flag -width

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch "thunderbird -heigth 10 -width 10"
Actual Results:  
Warning: unrecognized command line flag -height
Warning: unrecognized command line flag -width

Expected Results:  
Starts thunderbird with the sizes given as arguments.
Summary: -heigth and -width options are not known when launching thunderbird → -height and -width options are not known when launching thunderbird
